Terms of Service

These Terms form a contract between you and GDKOS LIMITED (8 Wester Balmanno Way, Marykirk, Kincardineshire, AB30 1TE, United Kingdom) for use of Forgeform at gdkosuk.shop. By creating an account or using the studio you accept these Terms, our Acceptable Use, AI Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

Forgeform is an online-only digital tool that produces design concepts and visualizations — design briefs, concept renders, exploded views, CMF boards, technical-style drawings and turntable clips. It is a creative and visualization aid, not a licensed engineering, architecture or manufacturing service.

Outputs are concept-level and may be wrong or unmanufacturable. They are not certified engineering drawings, not production-ready CAD, and not structural, load, safety or compliance certification. Dimensions, tolerances, materials and mechanisms are indicative and for inspiration only.

Any production, load-bearing, safety-critical or regulated use must be independently verified by a licensed engineer or qualified manufacturer before implementation. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Forgeform is not available to children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD monthly or yearly via our payment processor. Monthly design allowance does not roll over. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

You may not use Forgeform to design weapons, ammunition, explosives, regulated medical devices, or parts intended to bypass safety or emissions rules, or for any unlawful or infringing purpose. Full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach them.

Ownership of your inputs and generated outputs is set out in the Content License. You are responsible for ensuring your designs and uploaded references do not infringe third-party patents, registered designs, trademarks or copyright.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy or manufacturability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GDKOS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of concept outputs. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or Acceptable Use. On termination your right to use the service stops; retention of data follows our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Contact support@gdkosuk.shop.
