Refund & Cancellation Policy

Forgeform sells recurring subscriptions in USD (Sketch is free; Maker and Studio are paid). There are no credit packs and no stored balance. Your monthly design allowance resets each period and does not carry over.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@gdkosuk.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, paid periods are generally non-refundable once the period has started and the tool has been used. Unused allowance within a period is not refundable on cancellation.

We will provide a refund or credit where:

• You were charged in error or double-charged.
• A billing renewal occurred despite a timely cancellation request.
• A confirmed platform fault prevented you from generating outputs for a material part of the period.

Outputs are AI-generated concepts and can vary. If a generation is unsatisfactory, re-generate it within your plan allowance or adjust the brief. Dissatisfaction with a concept result is not by itself grounds for a refund, but contact us and we will help.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights in your country. Where a statutory cancellation/withdrawal right applies, it may be limited once you begin using a digital service within the cancellation window, as permitted by law. Governing law: England and Wales.

Email support@gdkosuk.shop with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
