Content License

You keep all rights in the descriptions, sketches, reference images and files you submit. You grant GDKOS LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them for the sole purpose of running the service and generating your outputs. We do not use them to train AI models.

Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the concept briefs, renders, boards and clips generated for you and may use them for personal and commercial purposes — portfolios, pitches, crowdfunding and product development — within the limits of the Acceptable Use Policy.

Because outputs are AI-generated, we cannot guarantee they are original or free of resemblance to existing designs. You are responsible for confirming your final design does not infringe third-party patents, registered designs, trademarks or copyright before you produce or sell anything based on it.

Inputs and generated results are cached to operate the service and deleted within 30 days unless you save them to your account. You can delete your content sooner from your account or by contacting us. See the Privacy Policy for full retention terms.

The Forgeform software, brand, interface and underlying models remain the property of GDKOS LIMITED or its licensors. This licence covers your content and outputs, not the platform itself.
